Though technically a brick-and-mortar shop as well, Mas Tacos and owner Teresa Mason helped kick off the modern food truck craze in town from a 1970s Winnebago (that you’ll still find on the road and at events occasionally). Whether you visit the truck or the tiny and tastefully decorated restaurant, look for the tortillas filled with pork, fried fish or sweet potato and quiona. And don’t miss the elote and homemade chicken tortilla soup chock with fresh vegetables like cherry tomatos and avocado and bright squeezes of lime.
