New Southern Classic
Charleston's Husk has been a hit since it opened. James Beard Award–winning chef Sean Brock reinterprets traditional Southern dishes with a steadfast commitment to local ingredients. The restaurant maintains its own garden, and all of the food served here was produced regionally. The menu is always changing, but you can expect classic Southern ingredients put to inventive new use—like the perennial pig ear lettuce wraps done up "Buffalo" or "Kentukyaki" style.
