One of the most popular bars in Arlington, this traditional and friendly wood-paneled pub serves mean pints of Guinness and half-priced appetizers during Happy Hour (from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday). A haven for soccer fans (especially for D.C. United, Tottenham, Arsenal, and Liverpool supporters), the bar shows English Premier League, La Liga, and other European games on their nine TV screens. However, it is the true home of the “Beltway Blues,” the official supporters group of the Chelsea Football Club in the D.C. area and a regional branch of Chelsea in America (CIA), of which I’m a member. So let’s cheer, “Go Blues! Defend the Bridge!”
