Stop by Rallarrosal, one of the small family-owned farms in the Flåm valley. The farmers, who are devoted to preserving the area’s rich food traditions, are on-site and can show you how geitost, a caramelized brown goat cheese, is made. The farm also serves simple snacks. Try a sampler of the feta, creamy, hard and brown varieties served with flatbread and goat sausages.
