When this modern soul-food restaurant opened in 2010, it was the crowning feather in the cap of Harlem’s latest renaissance. Award-winning chef Marcus Samuelsson stays true to the neighborhood’s traditions, with dishes like shrimp and grits and fried chicken; other riffs, such as his drunken noodles and “Cubano pancakes,” add jazz.
