Napolese is an artisanal pizzeria in the heart of one of Indianapolis’ most historic neighborhoods. Owned by Martha Hoover, the woman behind the beloved breakfast spot Cafe Patachou (next door), Napolese serves authentic Neapolitan pizzas with fresh, local toppings that change seasonally. This summer, my favorite included a squash blossom, tomato jam, and chile pizza. The small spot recently expanded next door and now has a wine bar and gelateria.
