One of the newest “restaurants” in Los Cabos isn’t to be found on the ground, but in the sky. “Dinner in the Sky” is the Los Cabos version of an increasingly popular international trend: dining above a spectacular vista, held aloft by the arm of a crane. Chef Abraham Tamez prepares dinner for 22 diners, who eat their meal suspended almost 150 feet above the ground. The food is as impressive as the ocean view, and menus are customized based on diners’ needs; there are gluten-free, vegetarian, and seafood-intolerant meals, for instance. Most plates feature locally-sourced ingredients. Rum, tequila, vodka, whisky, and wine are included.
