Few, if any, foodie destinations in Princeton have gotten as much press as The Bent Spoon, a homemade ice cream shop and “good ingredient” bakery on Palmer Square. The attention is well-deserved, as anyone who samples the creamy mascarpone gelato or blood-orange sorbet will readily attest. If you’re one of those people who don’t go for ice cream—I’m told that you do exist—The Bent Spoon also sells cookies and cupcakes made from organic, usually local ingredients.
