Seoul Forest
Seoul Forest is the capital’s equivalent of New York’s Central Park. Divided into five unique areas, it covers a massive 1.16 million square meters, making it an oasis in the middle of the city. There's no shortage of activities for families at this green space. Children can feed deer at the Ecological Forest, see rare insect specimens inside the Butterfly Experience Zone, or spot rabbits along park trails. Summers in the city can feel hot and oppressive which make the Jumping Fountains a fun place for kids to say cool. Seoul Forest has a romantic side as well. Couples can rent bikes to explore gardened paths, stroll the sculpture park, or picnic by the lake.
