Embark on a wonderful 10-kilometer trek from the village of Vollset across Flo Mountain to experience pastoral Norway at its finest. Follow a well-worn path that dates back to medieval times, meandering past farms with grazing cows, fields of wildflowers, cottages with turf-covered roofs and babbling streams. Snow-capped peaks frame the far distance and near the end of the trail the mineral-rich, turquoise-blue Strynsvatnet Lake comes into view like a mirage.
