This is one of the smallest cafes in the city, which is appropriate as it is downstairs from the smallest hotel which has just one room. The café is equally tiny and equally appealing, created by a man who has worked as a set designer with Danish TV so he knows a thing or two about creating an atmosphere and making a pleasant, inviting space. It may be small but it’s impossible to miss as it has a huge sign on the roof of the building. It feels more like a little corner of Paris than Copenhagen, just the place for a café au lait – if you can squeeze in.
