This San Francisco food truck serving Japanese glutinous rice cakes is one of my favorites. With very traditional as well as unique original flavors, the purveyors of these mochi are in high demand and often sell out. Their product is extremely fresh and I find their mochi to taste the same as those I’ve eaten in Japan. Track this truck down through out the Bay Area and quite often at the SOMA Streat Food Park.
