In the San Blas district of Peru, was the restaurant Pachapapa. This was by far the best meal we had in Peru. It was nestled in a courtyard and all the dishes were prepared in an oven next to us. Quite spectacular. DELICIOUS!
Located in the San Blas district of Cusco, Pachapapa is situated near the San Blas plaza. An outdoor dining area and live musician are the perfect touch to a relaxing day in Cusco. Try the cured alpaca pizza or if you are daring, the guinea pig. Be patient and plan ahead, the guinea pig takes an hour to cook. I also suggest making a reservation.
