Open Baladin Roma

Drink Italian Craft Brews
This pub, owned by the Piedmont-based Baladin brewing company and Lazio's own Birra del Borgo, opened in September 2009 and was quickly canonized as the best place to drink Italian beers in Rome. There are over 120 labels to choose from, ranging from well-known Italian brewers like Baladin and Birra del Borgo to more obscure producers like Lover Beer and Troll; there is also a handful of American beers such as Sierra Nevada and Brooklyn Brewery. In addition to 100 bottled beers, there are anywhere from 20-30 beers on tap. The outgoing staff is happy to make recommendantions. The food menu includes salads, sandwiches, potato croquettes, pasta and homemade potato chips.
Beer, Burgers, Bonci {Rome}
This might be my favorite place in Rome. Beer, burgers, famed baker Gabriele Bonci—and those potato chips with homemade ketchup. Swoon.

The beef used here is the slow food La Granda. The condiments are homemade, and the buns are by baked by Bonci.

The singing in the rain burger with crispy guianciale and spicy grilled peppers and beer baked onions is my go-to choice.

Almost always on tap is My Antonia, a collaboration with Birra de Borgo and Delaware-based Dogfish Head brewer Sam Calagione.

On tap is a vast and ever-changing selection of Stouts, IPAs, Pilsners, Lambics, Belgian style....

For the kids there are craft sodas.
