The facility’s state-of-the-art design allows for it to be in use at almost any stage of the river. Inside, the building eventually will offer a restaurant next to a large gift shop. But outside is the jewel—unobstructed views of the Mississippi River and Memphis skyline stretch for miles. The grassy area of adjacent Tom Lee Park extends onto the top of the landing, offering an unparalleled green space in Downtown Memphis.
