Don Manuel’s “Su Cocina” Breakfast Bazaar
Wake up to breakfast heaven with Executive Chef Gustavo Pinet’s pop-up morning mercado. Each day, the tile-covered kitchen at Don Manuel’s restaurant is transformed into a countryside boutique of comfort food. An assortment of in-house baked pastries (including a gluten-free option) overflow from a centerpiece of wooden crates. The smorgasbord continues with cured meat, lox, and cheeses as well as a variety of yogurts, cereals, and super seeds. Chefs combine tin buckets of local produce into healthy elixirs at the juice bar and cook baskets of organic eggs to one’s liking over the stovetop. And look to the chalkboard for the day’s specials like huevos rancheros, chilaquiles, or chile relleno.
