Opened in 2017, this boutique hotel in Midtown is part of the wave of new openings all over Nashville. And while it’s in a modern building, the hotel has made every effort to bring in the local history and local makers. Nashville was once a center for fine printing, and the lobby features poster art from the famed Hatch Show Print. The house coffee is local Bongo Java, and the Hayes Street Bar features Nashville bourbons and whiskeys such as Corsair and Cumberland Cask Modern Expression and microbrews like Turtle Anarchy Red Ale. The white porch swings in the lobby are a top hangout spot, while bright orange tables and chairs make the outdoor terrace a great spot to soak up some sun. Guest rooms offer either a king or two queen beds, plus wooden floors, high headboards, and minty-green-accented walls.
