Thankfully I worked in North Scottsdale so I had plenty of great options for an adult refreshment after a long, hard day at work. Uncorked is in a bit of an obscure location compared to other Scottsdale standouts. It offers a nice low-key vibe that was great for my group of co-workers. There is outdoor seating and inside they keep it relaxed with cozy couches in a small more intimate setting. Mondays are the best day to go, when they offer half off glasses of wine and flights. They close up shop on Sundays, but offer great specials nearly every other day of the week. Plus, in the months of April and May they have music in the promenade every Friday night. Wine. Music. Friends. It’s worth taking the time to find the place.
