Korean food in Dubai?
With the largest Korean community in the Arab world (and no culinary DMZ), the North Korean Restaurant Pyongyang Okryu-Gwan in Diera is the perfect place to begin a Dubai adventure into Korean cuisine. Their signature dish, the Okryu-gwan, is a must. Korean expats just adore Hyu Korean Restaurant on Oud Metha for its variety of appetizers like pumpkin puree and fiery red kimchi. While the seafood pancakes and bipat bibimba (just order it) at Mannaland Korean Restaurant have put it on the gastronomical map, Satwa’s Koreana is giving them a run for their ‘Won’ with its bangin’ barbeque & smokin’ starters. Silla Korean Restaurant, on the roof of the Ramada Continental Hotel, serves up traditional fare and surroundings with karaoke on the side.
