The Parkhouse Eatery is one of our favorites since we come here at least twice a month for breakfast. We try and experience new places as often as we can, but we always return to the Parkhouse. The interior is warm wood and cozy with a fireplace in one section, while the outdoor patio is nice to sit as the warm sun comes over the palm trees that line the street. This little neighborhood of University Height has many great places to eat and a few coffee shops. The Parkhouse is a great place to get a feel for casual San Diego living. If you go, be sure the server tells you the specials as the menu changes often and the specials are always new! There wine menu represents a good sampling of different varietals.
