The Carnival parade that day in the Marolles district was small but those taking part were certainly enjoying their little, loud parade.

A small carnival parade in the Marolles area of Brussels. The working class citizens who live just below the Palais de Justice (there is a glass elevator that takes you up there and down again) love life and celebrating.
