Ice Cream Lab debuted in 2013 and delights guests with delicious creations and engaging preparation. The team uses liquid nitrogen to instantly freeze ingredients and create ice cream. The store’s lab techs use local ingredients to create flavors like Salt Lick Crunch, vanilla ice cream, pretzels, caramel and sea salt, and Blue Velvet, vanilla ice cream mixed with a blue velvet cupcake and cream cheese frosting. The menu rotates four flavors along with seasonal specialties, and lab techs will let you customize ingredients before freezing your concoction on the spot.
