More than one visitor has joked that someone could make a mint by selling “I Made It to the Top of the Piedra” T-shirts, and after you scramble to the highest point of the Big Rock (and then back down again), you’ll understand why. The reward at the end of this trek is the awesome view: a panoramic sweep of the Sierra Maestra mountain range. Be sure to bring your camera.
