Summertime in Montreal
brings with it all sorts of reasons to celebrate, and one of the main ones is the re-opening of the city’s ice cream parlors. This particular one on Rue Fairmount is easily the city’s most sophisticated ice cream shop, with a Japanese-inflected creative twist on the flavors that’s all their own. Every ice cream they serve is made in-house, and their signature cone is a soft ice-cream and sorbet swirl. Past combos have included sour cherry sorbet and almond milk ice cream, coconut ice cream and orange sorbet, mango sorbet and dulce de leche ice cream… yum. The homemade pastries and sweets on the counter are also a reason to visit.
