High Pie's creative combinations ( the "Omaha" mixes Sriracha, BBQ sauce, chicken and pepperoni, and the "Railjam" pairs prosciutto with sausage, pears, and goat cheese) go perfectly with a cold brew from the town's own Telluride Brewing Company. Vegan and gluten-free eaters take note, the pizzeria offers vegan mozzarella cheese and their soft-on-the-inside, crispy-on-the-outside gluten-free crust is downright unbelievable.
