Connemara

If you visit Kylemore Abbey and the Walled Gardens please, do yourself a favor and walk between the two. There is a shuttle bus that takes you from the Abbey to the gardens but the walk, though longer, is so much better and totally worth it. When we were there nobody else did the walk and they really missed out on some beautiful landscape. We took our time, the kids played by the lake, pretended to be fishermen, I took beautiful photos, the air was crisp and fresh. It was drizzling a bit but it did not bother us one bit. The walking path is gorgeous, walled by very tall trees, a delight really. Happy walking!
