The name says it all: to dine at Bliss is, indeed, Bliss. This upscale Southtown restaurant offers an intimate dining room—there are only 52 seats—and a dining experience that you won’t soon forget. Featuring upscale, contemporary cuisine, Bliss’ menu is balanced and tantalizing, with hearty classics like braised beef short ribs served buttery mashed potatoes, honey glazed carrots, snow peas, English peas, and jus, merging seamlessly with southwest-inspired fare such as a vegetarian enchilada packed with roasted butternut squash, crimini mushrooms, cilantro, zucchini, bell peppers, poblano, eggplant, and cheese. Appetizers include excellent Japanese Hamachi sashimi tostadas and must-try oyster sliders with crispy fried gulf oysters, candied bacon, buttermilk chive biscuits, and spinach.
