Located on the fun campus of the Chattanooga Choo Choo, Songbirds Guitar Museum is worth a visit in and of itself. Here, music fans can browse some of the world’s most iconic axes—many of the guitars in the $200 million collection are famous for who played them, but the majority are valued for their craftsmanship, and several are rare prototypes or very early editions. Pick your favorite, then catch one of the regular live performances on two stages or book studio time and lay down a track with professional sound engineers and vintage instruments from the museum’s collection. You can choose to play solo or put together your own band for a truly epic recording session.
