Sunshine inspired sweets
A sweet shop, turned chic café, Senequier, on the port of Saint Tropez, first became famous in the 1800’s for their soft nougat. Then their candied fruits that glisten under the azure sun. Now owned by a trendy Parisian restaurateur, the bistro attracts the yacht owners that shore up just steps away and the affluent locals who live in the hills above town, all of them happy to pay a pretty price for a succulent king crab salad or the perfect sole meuniere. More modest locals know that this is the place to be for a cool rosé on a hot afternoon, watching the jet set world fly by.
