An old windmill in the village of Elation, on Cape Skinari at the northern tip of Zákinthos, was once used for grinding flour but has been turned into guest accommodations. Once you admire the view from the top, you can climb down the steep steps and hop on an excursion boat to visit the Blue Caves, a series of sea caves that get their name from the eye-popping shade of the waters here. Make sure to pack your swimsuit and snorkeling gear so you can take a dip in the translucent azure waters.
