Solid pasta and risotto options give the menu a delicious Mediterranean flavor, but fresh fluffy eggs, savory bacon and leeks make the Matterkuchen (Matterhorn Quiche) the house specialty. The restaurant’s Alpine garden yields succulent greens, vegetables and berries in the summer, making it well worth the hike up from town in the warmer months.
