Theodolph Halburn Faulkner was a political activist who played a vital role in establishing a Constitution and a new Legislative Council in 1949. He is known as one of the “Fathers of this Little Nation,” and, as of 2000, his former home has been declared a national monument and is open for visitors to come and explore the humble roots of this national hero.
