Not far from the Utzon Center, in Aalborg, Denmark, Musikkens Hus is a major part of the revitalized waterfront promenade. This temple to music houses a world-class concert hall as well as areas for classes and casual impromptu performances. There’s also a modern restaurant with an industrial aesthetic and unobstructed views of the fjord.
If you can, time your visit to coincide with a concert or live performance. But even if you’re not able to catch a show, it’s still worth visiting for the views alone.
