Kachamak
Kachamak is a popular Macedonian (and Balkan) dish similar to Italian polenta. There are many different ways to make it and serve it with different side dishes, but most often it is combined with white cheese (sheep, cow or goat), and one consumed the kachamak with a cup of cold sour milk. In the Berovo region they also add pork meat on the side.
