Kerala is home to some of the biggest temples in India and is a popular pilgrimage destination, with temples like the historic <a href="https://www.afar.com/places/sri-padmanabhaswamy-temple-thiruvananthapuram">Sri Padmanabhaswamy Temple</a> in Thiruvananthapuram, the Guruvayur Temple in Guruvayur, and Vadakkunnathan Temple in Thrissur.
