Tomé Morrissy-Swan is an Anglo Brazilian freelance journalist based in London. He spends much of his time traveling through Britain and Brazil in search of the best food and drink the countries have to offer. After six years at the Daily Telegraph, he now writes for several publications, including AFAR the Guardian, the Financial Times, the Observer, and National Geographic, covering food, drink, nature, and the environment.
