As you enter the town of San Sebastián del Oeste, an enticing and familiar smell is likely to engulf you: that of just-roasted coffee beans. A fifth-generation coffee roastery sits just on the edge of the road, and visitors are welcome to stop in to buy beans and have a cup of coffee. There isn’t a whole lot more going on in San Sebastián, one of Mexico‘s pueblos mágicos (“magical towns,” so named by the government), but its lethargic town plaza and a couple of quirky museums don’t fail to charm.
