Edward Howard is a docent and tour guide with Explore Buffalo, a volunteer-driven nonprofit that offers walking, bike, bus, and boat tours exploring the architecture, history, and neighborhoods of Buffalo, New York. His family’s roots in Buffalo stretch back a century. He leads the organization’s “Reaching for the Stars: The Tall Buildings Tour,” which traces the evolution of the city’s architecture and construction from the 1840s to today.
