Trappist beer is brewed by Trappist breweries. There are six Trappist brewery in Belgium that currently brew beer and sell it as Authentic Trappist Product: Westvleteren, Orval, Chimay, Achel, Westmalle and Rochefort. The beer is great and sometimes hard to obtain. The food cooked with it in their restaurants is fantastic and you can even try beer ice cream.
