In desperate need of an island getaway?! That is what led me to spontaneously wake up one Saturday morning and book a flight to Puerto Rico. I spent my ENTIRE first day laying on the beach, moving from one lounge chair to the next while staring at the ocean and watching the palm trees sway. I could not have been happier to have escaped to such a beautiful place that had everything I could have asked for- sunshine, beach, ocean, rainforest, and piña coladas.
