The south west coast of Portugal, from Lisbon to Sagres, is one of the most wildly beautiful stretches of coastline in Europe... and relatively un-discovered. Ranging from kilometers of white sand beaches in Comporta to sea caves and hidden coves in Porto Covo and tall rugged cliffs in Sagres, this coast has a little bit of everything. The majority of the coastline is a protected natural reserve which restricts new construction and reserves the wild spacious feeling of this beach paradise.
