Place I'm Dying To Visit Again

List View
Map View
Visiting a city for the first time really isn't all that different from going on a first date. Many travelers can tell if they "like" a city within the first few hours of being there, and if they find that it agrees with them they'll yearn to come back for more. This is a list of places with which I want to develop a relationship; to understand on an authentic level that digs deeper than the surface. To find a favorite lunch spot, develop a local connection, and make an effort to understand.

Byron Bay NSW 2481, Australia
When it comes to active travel, I need to be pushed to do anything out of my comfort zone. In May, I spent a few days in Byron Bay, Australia, a lovely surf town north of Sydney. My fiance urged me to join him and take to the ocean with Cape Byron...
