We lived for two years in the 15th arrondissement of Paris with our young daughter, Lulu. I may not know the best place for Champagne and Caviar, but, bien sur, I know how to have a terrific time with kids. Lulu never cared that much about "La Tour Eiffel," for example, but she always points it out - because she knows there are darling parks and an old-fashioned hand-cranked carousel under its shadow!
