An Insider's Look at MadTown: Madison, WI

I’m a Midwest girl living in Madison, WI, since 1998 after moving from my childhood home in the Chicago burbs. Growing up and traveling to WI, camping, lake houses, and walks in the woods peppered my summer vacations, while skiing short slopes, building snow forts, and wishing for spring were the foundations of my winters. Now that I live in Madison, memories center on Badger football games, restaurants of all flavors, a small town feel in the city, and people that can't be beat. Go Big Red!

At the heart of Madison, is the Capital Building. Not only is it a beautiful historical building but also it serves as the center piece for events such as Saturday Farmer's Markets, Taste of Madison, and Cows on the Square.
