A Road Trip With The Eveleigh
Surrounded by the flash of West Hollywood, the Eveleigh understates its perch on Sunset Boulevard by providing an intimate hideaway for farm-to-table cuisine. Members of the restaurant’s team, Executive Chef Jared Levy, Sommelier Alex Marchesini, and General Manager Jeremy Adler, invited me on a private tour of the restaurant’s local suppliers that took us from Los Angeles to Santa Barbara. More than anything, this insight showcased the passion behind the Eveleigh’s celebrated menu.
