Bold Flavors of the South: Z'Tejas
The original Z’Tejas started in Austin back in 1989 in an old Victorian house. Today, the cozy nooks and patios are part of the 6th Street legend. The menu, largely influenced by the South, signifies the rich flavors of Arizona, California, Louisiana, New Mexico and Texas...this IS comfort food folks!

Must Try:
CATFISH BEIGNETS: Catfish dusted with cornmeal and fried crisp, served with jalapeño tartar sauce.
CHORIZO-STUFFED PORK TENDERLOIN: Chorizo, Jack cheese and poblano peppers stuffed into pork tenderloin, atop a bed of sweet potato sauté, served with roasted poblano cream sauce.
ANCHO FUDGE PIE: fudge pie with walnuts, pecans and a pinch of ancho chile to bring out the rich chocolate flavor, served warm with whipped cream.

Live music plays every Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 6PM-10PM.
