Chef Dicky Wu recently joined YEN to enhance its dim sum menu. His goal is to create innovative yet authentic dim sum featuring local specialties and fresh ingredients. Before joining W Taipei, Chef Wu was the head chef of Imperial City Restaurant in the Dynasty Club Hong Kong and the Michelin star winning restaurant chain Lei Garden.
When visiting YEN, Chef Wu recommends formosa mushroom dumplings, fried turnip shreds rolls with cheese, pan fried guo tie (potstickers, prawn spring rolls wrapped in steamed rice flour, durian mousse, and mango pudding.
