Situated 15 mins away from downtown Canberra, lies XO, a restaurant that serves Southeast Asian cuisine. The restaurant has a cool vibe and it was bustling with energy when we arrive. We started off with the fried tofu and the Asian Bolognese, a stir fried udon with a 60 degree egg on top of it (One of our favorite dishes of the night). We proceeded with the steamed barramundi fillet, served with cherry tomatoes and pickled mustard leaves. If you ever crave for Southeast Asian cuisine in Canberra, XO is definitely a place that is worth checking out.
