My favorite venue for live music, World Cafe Live is named after a contemporary music program on public radio called World Cafe. A beautiful concert hall located in the same building as public radio station WXPN (where the World Cafe program is produced), there are two performance spaces, downstairs and upstairs. Both spaces are small, intimate, and comfortable. There is a great restaurant onsite so both performance spaces provide a full menu and bar service. The acoustics here are beautiful. Music fans – check the schedule before you visit. Because the space is small, the shows often sell out.
