White’s Mercantile is “a general store for the modern-day tastemaker,” in the words of local owner and singer-songwriter Holly Williams (granddaughter of the legendary Hank Williams). Housed in a former filling station in Nashville’s fashionable, shop-lined 12 South neighborhood, the rustic, light-filled space is filled with carefully curated housewares, from flour and sugar jars to artisanal hand soaps.
